SHIKI-ZEN is a Japanese restaurant located in Midtown, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island. Japanese executive chef, Maeda Norihisa, has come up with a creative range of Japanese menus, including a wide selection of seasonal menus and specialty dishes using only the finest ingredients. 

SHIKI-ZEN Semi-Buffet Lunch & Dinner presents Premium Japanese dishes and customers can enjoy a selection of 5-8 main courses including Kagoshima Wagyu Beef Sirloin, Hokkaido King Crab and Clams, Boston Lobster Teppan-Yaki style, Kagoshima Black Pork, etc. as well as seafood, tempura, salad, sushi, appetizer, dessert corner with unlimited refills!

Up to 10 varieties of homemade udon noodle is the restaurant's speciality dish which are each made daily and on-site. The famed udon is made with a special production machine, turning out fresh noodles made with Japanese flour and a pinch of natural sea salt to taste.
